Frequently Asked

Procurement & Project Questions

How quickly can a project team be mobilized?

It depends on the required skill set and project scale. For cable pulling and connecting, our typical mobilization window is 2–4 weeks. For more specialized skilles such as commissioning and fiber optic, allow 4–8 weeks.

How do you handle social security compliance for posted workers?

Our deployment model is fully compliant with EU posted worker regulations. For projects in the Netherlands, social contributions are paid directly to the Dutch state in accordance with local requirements, eliminating any chain-liability exposure for our Dutch clients. For all other European jurisdictions, our specialists travel under Form A1 certificates issued by Romanian authorities, confirming continued affiliation with the Romanian social security system throughout the assignment.

What is the scope of engagement Black Frog Elektro delivers?

We offer flexible engagement models. We can deliver complete turnkey electrical packages — engineering through commissioning, under a single contract — or supply specialist teams to reinforce your existing project crew on a man-hour basis.

What is Black Frog Elektro's international footprint?

Black Frog Elektro has delivered marine electrical projects across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Active deployments are currently underway in the Netherlands, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Romania, with past project experience extending to Norway, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt. Our headquarters and panel-building facility are based in Galați, Romania, from where projects are also delivered for the domestic market.
